Shipping
We currently ship within Switzerland.
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 60. For smaller orders, shipping costs depend on the size of your order. Your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown before checkout, so there are no surprises.
Orders are carefully packed and usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Shipping to Germany is planned from January 2027.
Returns
We want you to feel good about what you order from KOKUMAMI.
For unopened products and accessories, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused and in its original condition
- returned in its original packaging, which must not be missing or materially damaged
- complete, including any accessories or parts supplied with it
- accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Opened your matcha?
We still offer a 14-day return policy for you to taste it properly. If it's simply not for you, get in touch within 14 days of delivery.
We believe in our matcha, and in the goodwill of humans. We only ask that no more than a reasonable tasting amount has been used. If significantly more has been consumed, we may refuse the refund.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Please contact us at hello@kokumami.com before sending anything back so we can provide the return instructions. Unannounced returns may not be accepted or processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Something arrived damaged, defective, or simply not what you ordered?
Send us a message at hello@kokumami.com with your order number and, where helpful, a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method or, where applicable, as store credit.
